Following spilt details from retailer listings and the emergence of a splash page, Treyarch has now inevitably confirmed the Zombie co-op mode for Call of Duty: Black Ops that everybody knew was coming.
"Zombies have been such a hit with our community that we were committed to bringing brand new zombie experiences to Call of Duty: Black Ops," said Treyarch Studio Head, Mark Lamia in a press release. "We've taken extra special care to retain the essential ingredients of our Zombie game, and have also crafted a nice surprise for the fans."
The mode will cater for up to 4 players like its CoD: World at War counterpart, while those gamers who purchase Hardened or Prestige editions of CoD: Black Ops will get four maps from World at War's Zombie mode for use in the game when it launches on 9th November.
